Thank You For A Great 2023!
2023 is coming to an end. Let’s recap how the stock market did in 2023.
2022 was NOT a great year in the market. The S&P 500 was -19.44% in 2022. 2023 is a different story. Let’s recap how the market performed this year.
In 2023 the S&P 500 is up 24.65% YTD.
This is a great recovery from 2022 which was a big negative year. Those who held, or even bought more in 2022 were rewarded in 2023.
In 2023 the Nasdaq is up 44.58% YTD.
A huge year for the Nasdaq as well.
What is in store for 2024?
I have no idea. No one knows. All I can control is my actions with my money. I will do what I have always done.
Buy weekly. Buy consistently. Don’t worry about the market short term.
